Rental Restrictions
In cases where the property owners want to specifically ensure or limit the ability of an individual owner to lease their unit to a tenant, rental restrictions can be placed in the CC&R’s. Rental restrictions are permitted as long as the same rules apply to all owners and restrictions do not conflict with existing law in respect to tenants/landlords (i.e. rental restrictions don’t discriminate, etc).
